So recently, on a very miserable grey day in Bristol, I left and made my way to what I feared would be an equally grey London only to be greeted by sunshine and the smiling faces of Emma and Ben at their flat before we going on to Hampstead Heath as this is where we were going to do their engagement shoot. Not being a frequent London visitor I’ve never been here before and thought it was just beautiful! Emma and Ben had wanted to do the shoot here as this is where they had got engaged, by the tree they are by in the last few photos of this post :) Ben had proposed to Emma here in the snow and had no idea exactly where they were at the time, but they remember the tree. I had the loveliest afternoon/evening with these two, wandering around and finding cool little places in the woods and seeing an amazing view over London. I love the feeling in the images which is partly due to the amazing models :) (you’d never have known they were in any way nervous) and partly due to the evening light. I can’t wait for their wedding in Somerset in just over a month.
